Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our application system supports all of the major browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari. If you are having any display issues or link issues, please verify that you are on the latest version of that web browser or web app, as older versions can cause issues with logging in, applying, or checking your application.
  • If the page is not displaying properly and your browser is up to date, try clearing your browser history, cookies, and cache as some browsers cannot load certain information if they have too much data already cached.

  • When submitting your application, please make sure to FULLY submit your application. If you have not received the "Thank you for applying" page, then your application has not been fully submitted. The application summary page is not the Thank you Page, and you will need to click on the "Save and Submit" or "Submit and Continue" button to fully submit your application.

  • When submitting an application, you must input a password when applying if you wish to view the application that you are submitting. If you do not create a password when applying, you will not be able to review the application once it is submitted. Creating a password creates a profile for you to login to so that you can review your information.
